Thank you for shopping at Mykonos Store. We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from returns:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Health/hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear)

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; posting times vary.
  3. Contact your bank; there may be processing delays.
  4. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at returns@shopatmykonos.com.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email us with your order number and item photos.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
